Grapes: Alicante Bouschet and Touriga Nacional
Description: a violet-coloured wine with complex aromas of spices, blackberries, and blueberries. It is a rounded wine with polished tannins. On the palate, it is rich in spices and wild berries.
Vinification: in stainless-steel vats with cold temperature control for 10 to 12 days. Aged in French and Portuguese oak barrels for 14 months.
Pairing: perfect to accompany game dishes, grilled meat, and even chocolate cake
