We opened the gates of the estate all the way to Valladolid

🍷 Wine tastings are only truly complete once you get to know their region, their terroir, and their history. Stopping at the bottle is not enough.

That’s exactly what we did. We carried our estate “on our backs” to the neighboring country to reveal our identity: who we are and what makes us different.

🕥 A few hours later, with straight backs and smiles on our faces, we stepped into “Fine Wine Tourism,” an event held in Valladolid entirely dedicated to wine tourism. We made it very clear that we love opening bottles and revealing their essence just as much as we love opening our doors and sharing how we got here.

They never let us go. 🫢 What did we say?!

This is what we shared:

👉 Museum: an 18th-century manor house, with walls covered in frescoes, paintings, figures, and stories filling its rooms and corridors;

👉 Botanical garden: 6,000 m² with more than 15 species of trees, where the Nordic pines stand out;

👉 Walks: getting lost in the vineyards, admiring the Roman bridge, climbing up to the windmills, and following the rhythm of the Sizandro River;

👉 Wines: nectars aged at sea, another matured for 10 years in bottle, one buried 2 meters underground…;

👉 Secrets: 200 years of history, enigmatic figures, curious phenomena.

On the way back home, we carried another kind of weight on our backs: a fully booked schedule and the responsibility that comes with it. May it always be this way.

🍷 Drink wine in moderation. But drink it.
